Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In the same pan, add more olive oil if needed. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not burnt to infuse the oil with garlic aroma.
  3. Combine Chicken and Cheese: Return the cooked chicken to the pan, stir to coat with garlic oil. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chicken. Cover the pan and allow the cheese to melt fully, creating a gooey, flavorful mixture.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Warm flour tortillas briefly to make them flexible. Lay each tortilla flat and add a handful of fresh lettuce and tomato slices. Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture on top. Fold and roll the tortillas tightly to encase the filling.
