Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 12 shots of Espresso or 1 cup Strong Coffee
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based such as almond, oat, or coconut milk)
  • 23 tablespoons Gingerbread Syrup (contains cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, molasses)
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • Whipped Cream (optional, dairy or coconut-based)
  • Ground Cinnamon or Nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Brew Your Coffee – Brew a shot or two of espresso or prepare a strong cup of coffee. This concentrated coffee acts as the rich flavor foundation for your frappe.
  2. Step 2: Combine Ingredients in Blender – Pour the brewed coffee, milk, gingerbread syrup, and ice cubes into a blender. The ice chills and thickens the frappe to create its icy texture.
  3. Step 3: Blend Until Smooth – Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the mixture becomes frothy, creamy, and thick, ensuring all flavors meld into the perfect frappe consistency.
  4. Step 4: Pour and Garnish – Pour the frappe into a tall glass. Optionally, top with whipped cream and sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg for a festive finishing touch.

Notes

  • Use cold or pre-chilled coffee to prevent melting the ice too quickly and watering down the frappe.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less gingerbread syrup to taste.
  • Add ice gradually to control thickness or slushiness according to preference.
  • Employ fresh cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish to enhance aroma and flavor.
  • Experiment with different types of milk to alter creaminess and flavor profile.
