Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms: Heat olive oil or coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Whisk the Eggs: In a bowl, crack the eggs and add a splash of heavy cream or coconut cream. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then whisk until fully combined and slightly frothy to ensure a fluffy texture.
